To ensure that only authorized individuals can enter the office building, I recommend implementing entry restrictions at the entrance gate, allowing only those who have been granted permission to enter through the elevator hall or common area entrance. This access control system can limit entry for unauthorized individuals while also linking access authentication to your office and elevator call functionality. A gate will be installed in front of the elevator hall, equipped with a multi-reader that combines a keypad and a contactless card reader. All employees working in the office building will be required to carry a contactless IC card, which can be presented to the multi-reader at the gate to gain access to the elevator floor. Once the multi-reader detects entry, the elevator will automatically move to the entrance floor. When a contactless IC card is presented to the contactless card reader inside the elevator, it will automatically stop at the floor of your office.
